“Can I give this to someone in need instead of having it sold through your thrift stores?”
It would be virtually impossible to properly display and redirect donated items to ‘item-specific’ recipients in need. These concerns are addressed by the issue of no charge vouchers which permit clients to shop for their own items, while items which are sold to the general public produce a revenue stream which is directly applied to various other ministry needs. |
